Redcat Ascent32 Micro rock crawler

The Ascent‑32 V2 is the next evolution of Redcat’s beloved micro crawler platform, a purpose‑built 1:32 scale ready‑to‑run (RTR) crawler designed to welcome newcomers, inspire young drivers, and give seasoned hobbyists a compact adventure machine they can enjoy anywhere. Scaled down from the popular Ascent‑18 and refined with new engineering upgrades, the Ascent‑32 V2 delivers big crawling fun in a small footprint

• Purpose-built for beginners: Designed as an approachable, affordable way to introduce new drivers and families to the RC crawling hobby, the Ascent‑32 V2 makes learning hands‑on RC, fun, simple, and rewarding.
• Part of the Ascent family: The Ascent‑32 V2 carries the Ascent name with its shared spirit of learning, growth, and adventure. It’s built for drivers who want a platform that starts simple, feels approachable, and evolves naturally as skills and curiosity grow.
• A platform to build from: Redcat has partnered with Injora, a leading aftermarket manufacturer, to ensure a full ecosystem of hop‑up parts is available from day one. As drivers gain confidence, they can easily upgrade performance, customize their truck, and explore the mechanical side of the hobby.

The Ascent-32 V2 offers a solid foundation for exploration and growth. It’s also a fantastic way for parents and kids to bond over hands-on RC fun, learning how to wrench, upgrade, and enjoy the hobby together.

Whether you’re learning to wrench with your kids, building your first crawler course in the living room, or pushing micro‑scale performance on a groomed trail, the Ascent‑32 V2 adapts to your goals and evolves with your skills.

Despite its compact size, the Ascent-32 V2 is packed with real crawler features: straight axles with 4-link suspension, full ball bearings, a clipless tilt-up body system, and aggressive off-road tires. Power comes from an included 300mAh LiPo battery and USB charger, so you’re ready to crawl within minutes.

Small enough to crawl anywhere yet capable enough to impress, the Ascent-32 V2 turns any space into an adventure. Whether kept stock or upgraded, it delivers a unique blend of portability, performance, and fun for all ages.
